As with most professionals, sometimes your career takes a turn that you never could have expected. If you asked Pam Swensen, CEO of the Executive Women's Golf Association, ten years ago where she'd be, her answer probably would not have been running the country's largest women's golf organization. In between speaking engagements, traveling, and running the EWGA, Pam shared with me how golf has impacted her life and what's on the horizon.

Like many golfing businesswomen, you might also be tired of having to change your clothes several times. Most women's golf fashion doesn't seem to take into account that you do have a life and a wardrobe away from the club. Renee Mancino decided enough was enough and created a simple black dress that, once accessorized, could be worn to the office or the course.

Donna Hoffman loves her job. As founder of Women on Course, it includes travel, golf and meeting amazing people. The ironic part is that she had had another idea in mind until a series of events changed her course.
